PNEU School, Brampton Bryan, Bucknell, Shropshire My Prep School years were two years and one term to be precise. Brampton Bryan, as we called it was a mixed boarding school. This was somewhat unusual in those days. The time represents a most important era in my life. It was here that I first met Rosemary. The 1951 photograph is the only example of a photo with both of us on it. This continued to be the case up until our marriage on 16 October 1995. We are the only two "Brampton Bryan children" to marry each other.
	Summer 1951 Although the school opened in 1948, this is believed to be the first group photograph ever taken.
1952 We've all aged a year. Yes, all of us!
	1953 This was my last term. Exit Brampton Bryan enter Christ College Brecon. I was not sorry to go. Rosemary had already left a few terms before and it just wasn't the same. There now follow a number of photographs taken by various pupils and teachers.

Brampton Bryan Castle Every Summer Term we used to perform a Shakespeare play infront of this castle. It was only a few yards from the school.
	Drama If my calculations are correct, this is the 1951 production of "The Merchant of Venice". It was the first Shakespeare play that I ever saw. I've lost count of how many I've seen since - it must run into dozens and dozens. See the Jeremy Stevenson Sound Archives for many of them.
Our Wedding This took place on the 16 October 1995 at the Congregational Chapel Llanwrtyd Wells. The reception was at The Lake Country House Hotel, Llangammarch Wells. A week's honeymoon followed in Jersey.
